"load-balancer" looks more a generic term, and is likely to get confused with
other lb implementations.

The table name seems to represent a 'Load Balancer Service' and service name is
also not filled in the review.
L3_LB_SERVICE_INDEX=180
LoadBalancer is already an existing Openstack Neutron sub-service and it is
easy for folks to confuse with that name.
If you are using it for CoE_K
Sure Vivek! That can be done.
Do you see any problem with the change in service index, for L3VPN and ELAN?
This is with the assumption that we will have replay based upgrades in
Fluorine, and no need to worry about the older flows in FRM.

Can't we choose tables with higher numbers for COE?
Why Table #30 when space around that is already sparse..
Please choose 180 - 200 as it will help you to expand in the future also if
required.
