yep. I would check all the other seals for oil to make
sure nothing else blew. Just leave the tube open. With
mine I left the tube that went to the airbox and
stuffed some steelwool in it and left it hanging
there. If you want you can unplug the PCV and stick a
tube to the VC and hook a catch can
I own a 1988 CSXT. I love the little car. Its great.
But I if I could do it all over again I would have
gotten a non #'d shadow or an 89-92 turbo Daytona or
Lebaron GTC or GTS. Reason for the Daytona or the
Lebaron is the fact that they are better looking cars
and I like the interior of them
Several people on td.com have used them and love them.
There are a few people who port our 8v heads and they
also use them when doing the rebuild. There is a
really long thread debating about it but the people I
have talked to who are using them wouldn't go back.
They are less noisy, and if your
Thats awesome. I would make sure they know to not just
hog out the head. Velocity is a very important factor
to consider with a turbo motor. Get them to backcut
the valves. I am not sure if your a member of
turbododge.com but there is a guy named mpgmike and
thepope. They both have some
message.
I also want to say that I will consider all offers on
the intercoolers. So if you want one but don't wanna
pay that much, shoot me an offer... BUT PLEASE CONTACT
ME WITH A METHOD LISTED ABOVE.
Thanks

I have forsale a dual core custom made intercooler. I
paid $250 for in the summer of 04. It has been
leaktested and cleaned. It has 2in inlets. I would
like to get my money back on it but I will entertain
all offers. I would like to sell it quickly so I can
use the money to help pay for the
i am looking to get a super60 turbo that has the .63ar
housing and 3in Swingvalve. I would prefer one that
needs rebuilt so that I can save some money instead
of doing the T2 to Super 60 conversion. If no one has
a super 60 I would like to get a .63 ar housing and a
3in swingvalve.
The other day
I recomend Mobile 1. Thats what Shelby recomended, so
who am I to argue with the guy who modified my car
right?
I have also heard Redline and Royal Purple are really
kickass... even better then Mobile 1, but I have only
seen them sold in one store and that was thousands of
miles away from where I
I emailed him the other day and this is the response I
got. Also, as I understand it if you are thinking
about going with big valves ytou should strongly
consider the 16v conversion. Any way here is part of
what he sent me.

and 155 exhaust
Steve Menegons heads are supposed to be awesome. I
think his user name is Badfastgtc on turbododge.com.
If I had the cash I would get him to rebuild and port
a head.

It should be noted that those 500 cars with the
cosworth head were TCs. The forged crank that came
with those cars are different than the forged crank in
T2 cars. It weighed about 20lbs or 40lbs more.

So from what it seems like the magic lucas oil is not
good to put in your turbo motor. When ever i played
with the little gearthingy I always wondered what the
heat from a turbo would do to it. But I also thought
that the gear thingy
Do you know if the o2 sensor is the orignal one or
have you replaced that also? That could be your

I myself have the stage3 from fwdperformance. But I
still use a grainger though. IMO you would be safer to
get an aftermarket ECU from either fwdperformance.com
or turbosunleashed.com and then grainger it.

I am having electrical problems with my CSXT. The
fusalbe link to my ASD keeps on going out. I was
wondering if any one knew of a good auto electrician
in the Dallas area.
Please let me know asap since this is my only car and
I need to get to TN soon.
Thanks
