In the flurry of apologetic emails that preceeded and followed this
announcement, I did not apolgize to the working group.
This was my strictly my bungle, in two different directions.
First, I announced the meeting to the sidr mailing list within the time frame

Moderate badness in the Monday meeting was due to my laptop communication
problems. Suggestions welcome as how to handle such a situation better. Pkt
loss for me varied 0-33-50-100%. Help desk and NOC were unable to diagnose.
On hotel wireless, I see congestion (judged by ping latencies)
The webex session on Monday failed completely, due to laptop wireless
incapability to maintain a connection (20-50-80-100% packet loss).

Below are some dates to keep in mind for the upcoming meeting.
The crucial dates for draft submission are:
-00 version drafts must be submitted by 2012-07-09 17:00 PT (UTC -7)
later version drafts must be submitted by 2012-07-16 17:00 PT (UTC -7)

The sidr chairs made some decisions on a bunch of drafts today. I happen to
have easiest net connectivity, so I'm the one selected to send the messages.
So expect to see a flurry of messages from me, speaking for the triumverate
sidr-chairs.
