..anyone free for a meetup in the next few weeks? I'll be in the Bay Area between approximately Feb 17-21, New York between approx Feb 21-28 and then (probably) Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania in March. I'm still trying to figure out visa requirements for Africa before I book my tickets there though

Yep...it is advisable to carry a yellow fever certificate... officially it is not required, but it doesnt seem to have percolated down to the immigration officials (a friend of mine got quarantined in kigali for 15 days because he wasnt carrying his yellow fever cert) If you are around in
