I took Utopia Silver for a while several years ago. It had a yellow hue to it and at that time I believe it was made by adding baking soda or salt, but I'm not sure which and I don't know if they've changed it since. I believe the owner (is it Bob?) used to be on this list. Nice man. Jodi

For most folks it seems than magnesium taken before bed time will solve the problem. Mg is usually dosed to bowel tolerance. That means you start out with one or two tablets and work up till your bowels get too loose. Of, you need to watch your diet. Cut out the sugars and processed foods.
