Just set your jar in a pan of hot water for a few minutes. I do this in winter
'cause it takes hours longer to finish a batch if I don't.

I just set my jugs of distilled water in a very warm
room...that's somewhere between 73 to 75 degrees. I have a
small bathroom that gets that warm when the door is left
closed, so it's easy. I noticed a real difference in the
winter months (40 degrees) bringing water straight home from
the store
That's interesting Lin, it says in the blurb that warm water will make the
silver quicker, but I was wondering how to warm it? I wouldn't have thought
a microwave would have been a good idea though, so I just used cold. Dee

I make the big batches (SilverGen7) and have found that starting with room temp
or a bit warmer water and running the genterator in my small bathroom where the
temp will be 73 if I close the door, shortens the time it takes to process.
Every batch seems fine.
