You can bring all the liquids you want on checked baggage. Just make sure they are labeled so they know what it is. I just flew with lots of liquids (CS, MMS, Osha root, a couple other tinctures) in sizes over the 2 ounces each. That bag that had that many did have a hand inspection ticket
