Hi Sunny, You could take plenty Vit C . I took 4x 500g each hour. Sometimes just glugged with water, sometimes crushed and mixed with sodium bicarbonate in water and slooshed gently. Please be gentle with sloshing because the blood clot is supposed to form a fibre bridge across the socket
