I've mailed CS within the U.S.. Just taped around the bottle-lid, zip-locked
bottle in a bag, wrapped in bubble warp and boxed it. Never said anything about
it. Bottles of liquid are shipped all the time. Got there without incident.

Be careful with cold temps. I ordered some online in winter. It was in a
plastic bottle and it had cracked in transit and no CS left in it.
