I have this zapper also and had forgotten about it.  I hook it up to 2x4" electrodes and it really helps a lot.  I get no burns from this one and no biting... although a little itching under the pads and 4Hz will cause heart flutters so I just stay with the two higher frequencies.  I have recomm
