I don't know. The ingredients are: grape extract 500 mg proprietary extracts 650 mg: Juniper berry goldenrod flower dandelion leaf meadowsweet herb willow bark I recognize the willow bark as a natural source of aspirin. Other than that I don't know if they are proteolytic or not. Marshall
