Dear Members,
I have been a long-time inactive on this list because of a lack of time.
However, I have been making EIS for many years.
Also, change your distilled water
supplier from time to time...

Try washing everything (glassware, electrodes, stirrers, etc) out well with
hydrogen peroxide and white paper towels. Rinse at least three times with
distilled water. Don't leave any hydrogen peroxide behind. Do not use any
soap or cleaner and don't contaminate it with your hands. (Easier said
I had this happen when my water supply was contaminated, or my containers
got contaminated. I had a bottle of distilled water that actually left a
sludge on the bottom of my jar after making CS one time. Fortunately I have
not had this happen in several years.

Dear Members,

My problem is that the EIS that I make now is brown.
I used the Colloid Master AC with distilled water at 2 µS/cm. It was
never even yellow
