I learned of the protocol of inhaling h202, from the bill munroe yt videos. I was using this religiously in the early months of the scamdemic. I have the misting bottles that nasal sprays come in. You want the kind that has a removable nozzle. Wash it out thoroughly, and fill approx halfway with 3%
