I have used an Omron one like this for the last two decades:

Hi Reid
I do not remember where I got it from. It was a long long time ago and many
things have changed.
If the owners want it posted, they will post it.

Hi Marshall
15 years have passed behind me pretty fast. I did not even know you could
buy such a dpdt cycling relay now. I had made one from a 555 timer on a
breadboard circuit board 14-15 years ago.
Anyways how would one set up the timing frequency on the new ones. I really
am not a electronics
Simply buy a dpdt cycling relay off of amazon or ebay, and cross wire
the output of the two poles. Set the relay to switch for every minute,
and you are set.
If that is unclear, search for "how to wire a polarity reversing switch"
as to how to wire it.

Hi Grant
This might be what your looking for.

Unfortunately you will need to register to see the schematic if its still
available.
Good luck.

Hi Listers:
Does anyone have a reasonably simple schematic for making
Current reversing circuit?
Thank You. Regards Grant.
