Nebulizing is great if it is in your lungs, or you are getting
pneumonia. But as a preventative, and while it is still in the head,
use a nasal sprayer, and spray your nose. Hold other nostril closed and
breath in when spraying to get it way up in the sinuses.

No, you will ideally want to put distilled water in the bottom. You do not
want silver (or anything else) to accumulate in the bottom area of the
nebulizer. It will work with CS in the bottom of course, but that will
shorten the life of your nebulizer.

Hi, I just received the MY-520 nebulizer from ebay.
The instructions say to put water in the bottom part, and put the medicine
in the plastic cup in the top part.
When nebulizing CS (or diluted H2O2, for that matter), I'm guessing I can
put CS in both the bottom and top parts, is that right?
