for spyware, go to www.lavasoft.com and download Ad-aware 6.0 its free and it
works great, even I managed to download it and run it, and I'm the exact
opposite of computer savvy.
if that url isn't right, do a google search for Ad-aware.

Go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ They have freeware that you can use to
identify and remove spyware from your computer on a regular basis.
Cyrillic is a character set like Times New Roman and Arial are character
sets.
Jay has used Incredimail. He could have chosen a font he likes from
