The problem I see with rice bran oil is that it is so extremely high in omega 6 polyunsaturated fat. It is one of the worst oils for that. sol Those of you that take rice bran oil, do you know how that is processed? Most of them are hydrogenated oil. I will not touch hydrogenated oils ...

Good point too check, Melly. Are you saying most rice bran oils are hydrogenated, or oils generally. I don't know why they would hydrogenate it - wouldn't that tend to make it solid? Anyway, I too avoid hydrogenated stuff, so I did a google, and found this:
