If you haven't tried Celtic Sea Salt light grey, then you may want to. I
never thought I would actually grind salt with a mortar and pestle, but for
this wonderful stuff I sure do! And am glad to get the opportunity. The
crystals are too large for me to use with comfort so I grind them.
