Hi Robb; I was told that about 100 milligrams daily, a half hour before eating for just regular old I think I'll try this stuff situations, and up to 500 milligrams for serious situations where the immune system is weak. I dunno if the 500 mg dose should be split up or not. Take care, Malcolm
