I have tried CMO in the past, but I have gut issues that were not very
compatible. Lately I was having some pain issues in one hip joint and
started taking Herbal (Horsetail) Silica tablets, and also drinking
whole raw milk. I don't know if it is one or both, but I was noticing I
had NO pain
