I used to think that they should be even up as to amount of each.
I wonder where you got that information?
For near 50 years, my idea is 1/2 as much magnesium as calcium.
The old standard was 1500 mg Ca and 750 mg Magnesium.
I see a lot of different number around today.

Sometimes, yes, and sometimes no.
I grow new toenails. They look great and are thin. Then at a later time,
they will thicken.
Many seem to think this is fungus.
