I am not convinced that it is that at all. I took CS for years, 2
ounces of 5 ppm every day and never got any blue nail beds. Then I got
bitten by a tick, got the Lyme circle around it and got terrified and
drunk about half a gallon of CS for about 3 weeks. That is when I got
the blue nail beds, which have not gotten any better or worse since that
time. I think what happens is that the body disposes of silver by
several methods, the majority of which is by the kidneys, liver and
sweat. But it also disposes of it by putting it into the hair and
nails, so even though the silver would have left the body eventually
anyway, some does get trapped in the hair and nail growth.

I have given some thought as to why the nail beds turn blue in the
moons, and do not appear to grow out. Apparently the body concentrates
excess metals at the point of hair/nail growth so they can get
transferred to the nail or hair, but with heavy concentrations, some
will aggregate and get stuck in the tissues and never make it into the
nail itself, which apparently never has that problem and does not turn
blue. This is only a hypothesis, and if a better explanation comes
along lets take a look at it. I am not certain if photoexposure is a
part of this or not considering that toenails seem to be immune to this
effect. I do know that mine occurred in the summer when I was working
outside, but could just be a coincidence since that would be the only
time I would get a tick.

If silver is excreted at ,say, 94 -99 % in 48 hours and you don't give it
48 hours before re-dosing, more will accumulate, most of which will wait
for that window.
What eventually happens to that 1 to 6% is never discussed and may
eventually build up to the minimum retained level of 4 grams that can
produce Agyria. [Even though 12 grams retained usually doesn't produce Agyria]

Recall that all the Agyria tests were done with several CCs at thousands of
PPM injected over a short period of time and normal elimination rates were
totally swamped out and not considered at all...and even then, they have
trouble producing the condition.
They don't say why that's so, but Selenium is closely linked to all
metals accumulation.
Could it be that the only people who CAN turn blue are those with
abnormal Selenium levels?

At low concentrations in the under 20 PPM range where the quantity of water
limits the amount of silver consumed... it could take 150 years to go Smurf
even if you don't give it that 48 hours and drink CS instead of water
daily for years on end.

At 5 PPM, that could take 600 years?

Just guessing there to make a point, but someone who can do spread sheets
might could figure out the absolute worst case actual times and numbers
based on retention rates as related to concentrations and a max of 4
gallons of water a day.

Most people only drink a couple of quarts of water a day..if that.
On that note, it was shown a while back that the average CS user consumes
less silver than the EPA currently deems safe in drinking water. [Of
course, this isn't about the average CS user..it's about worst case.]

Then, taking 2 days off messes it all up and some 'forms' of silver don't
act like other forms.

Some forms may actually prevent accumulation in cells.
No official distinctions have been made in any study...none.

Here's another thought:
If you completely replace every cell in your body every 7 years [skin
cells, a lot faster]...does a cell that has retained silver transfer it to
it's replacement somehow?

 Cell division might transfer 50%?
..or is there an osmosis filtration and/or scavenging mechanism that
protects new cells?
I don't think human cells just get twice as big then divide like single
celled organisms do.

Budding perhaps?
...could be part of what happens to that 1 to 4%.

Why is Rosemary Jacobs face patchy looking? She had dermal abrasion
done. [and she didn't use CS as we define it.]

So, is permanent being defined as +/-14 years?

Heck, I dunno...food for thought.
Personally, I'm not at all worried.

...The indictment was the first set of charges to come out of a widening

that of “Masterpiece Theatre” host Alistair Cooke, who died in 2004. The
investigation has raised fears that some of the body parts could spread disease

Prosecutors said the body parts were sold to tissue suppliers and
ultimately used in disk replacements, knee operations, dental implants and a
variety of other surgical procedures performed by unsuspecting doctors across
the United States and in Canada.

Interesting. I wonder if some of the body's immune system is energy
based, where pathogen's energy is read and recognized as foreign. That
would explain why some people are still able to take on and eliminate
viruses that change their protein coat rapidly to avoid normal immune
responses.

This method is depending on the ultraviolet in the sunlight to reduce the
silver compounds, causing them to become either colloid or precipitate out
leaving only colloidal silver. Interesting idea, but one should make sure
and not use glass containers for this since glass blocks uv rays. Quartz
glass or clear plastic should be ok though.

Sounds like an ad for [MSP] Mild Silver Protein from http://www.invive.com/.
MSP is the stuff that sometimes has mold and bacterium growing in it.
This is possible because the protein stabilizer coats the silver and
protects the contaminants from contact...and also why it takes so much of
it to do anything.

They talk of Pharmaceutical Grade, but CS has never been in an official
pharmacopeia and no doctor I know of is prescribing it in any form from

Are they still recommending a 20 PPM concentration in the 'bloodstream'

Yup

If the solution is not at least500 p.p.m. you will not be able to achieve
a 2 p.p.m. to 20 p.p.m. concentration of silver in the bloodstream to
address most common pathogens, let alone the current mutated pathogens.

..sounds really dangerous. I'm amazed they're still around.

Unless...[conspiracy ahead] Invive is being protected in order to produce
some negative press down the road.
CS is not a grandfathered item as a drug which is defined , by the FDA,
as something that cures or treats a disease.

It can only be sold as a supplement.
The FDA has made that pretty clear.
In the copy, Invive makes blatant cure claims complete with dosage
regimes, then discounts them in the disclaimer as well as saying they
aren't allowed to do what they did. There have been numerous websites that
haven't gotten away with that, sometimes even getting the letter
demanding removal of links to mere testimonials.

I like this... [doubletalk]

The product falls within the guidelines as they existed before the 1938
Federal Regulatory take-over of our food and drug supply. Therefore we can
distribute THIS pre 1938 ORIGINAL FORMULA without FDA new drug
approval, in order to make this powerful completely non toxic mild silver
protein formulation available to the people of America as a dietary
supplement.

So, now we can sell this drug as a supplement.
But, NOTHING was classified as a drug, or not a drug, before 1938.
Cocaine, heroin, arsenic and mercury compounds were in the same catalogue
and everything was sold over the counter.

Many of the statements concerning ionic silver [even silver chloride] are,
simply putpatently untrue. [Silver chloride does kill germs, just not
very well in comparison.]
Ionic silver precipitates out ??? Ionic silver is toxic ??? [surprise
surprise]

[Not that many things claimed by ionic silver sellers ARE true, or ionic
silver is being properly or clearly defined as it really is, or that the
whole truth is even known.]

If ions can clump and settle, they aren't ions.

If what they say about the purity of silver bullion is true, where do
they get different silver that's more pure than the 4 nines that many home
generator people use?
Even at 3 nines, the contaminants added to distilled water are far
far...far... less than that in average tap water or one bite of food. You
probably get more stray metals from breathing.

..too much BS to even sort it all out.
I've known people who switched from MSP to ionic cheap home brew and
washed their moldy shower curtains with the high dollar store bought. [They
didn't say if that worked or not, just that they decided the pricey store
bought MSP wasn't fit to use on themselves.]

for over a year, and it took me 13 years and over $6,000 of IV antibiotics
to recover, I wasn't taking any chances. Doctor's way, chronically ill for
1 1/2 years, over $7,000 in medical bills, and 13 years to recover.
Alternative way, never got sick, and cost of about $4.00 in distilled water.

Most of the show provided credible information about chi gong energy.

Natural Immunogenics silver is exactly what ASAP solution from American
Biotech is. is exactly what well made home brew is. [Silver Hydrosol
...to use a coined term]
They make it like much you can make it and it all contains both ionic and
metallic silver in various ratios.
American Biotech, in fact, once used off the shelf home generators to
make their product. [and not really good ones at that]
Their innovation was to add a stirring paddle and to crow about now
virtually untrackable patents that, if finally found, turn out to be
meaningless.
Their particle sizing methods are questionable. [As are their definitions
of what a particle is]

I just now found this and it's just like logic predicts...thank you
Frank...I've said the same thing in a much more opaque way. [You made it
'clear']

http://www.silver-colloids.com/Pubs/TEM.html

What else?
http://www.silver-colloids.com/Pubs/AboutParticleSize.html
[Dang Frank!! busy fellow! Whew! At LAST!]

That they are both out to sell silver water with exaggerations, is not
questionable...but it is good stuff. [Just not significantly different
stuff.]

This is a very good resource for comparisons...
http://www.silver-colloids.com/Reports/reports.html

If you want a more 'small particulate metallic silver' without the protein
binders/stabilizers, go with Frank Keys Sovereign Silver.

Some people swear by it, some at it and I have no opinion one way or the
other except that home brew has some of both ends of the 'which is better'
debate included and a few other things that aren't well known to exist.
[Not better doesn't mean doesn't work]

It's been a long and convoluted debate with no conclusions in sight. [wink]

There's no doubt in my mind that very fresh home brew has properties that
the same thing that's 24 hours old doesn't and THAT is easily proven with
hydrogen peroxide reaction observations.
[Better? I dunno. I think so with some observations to maybe back it
up. Different? yes... No proof of better. ]

But it's not something you can buy. [shelf life is way too short]

Don't worry and try a few things out.
There have been successes dealing with Lymes.

C'mon Lyme'ies speak up!
I know ya'll are out there with some real experience!

Thanks for the explanation. I do have a question on dose of homemade
silver. In the past I was taking a silver hydrosol by Natural
Immunogenics which was a clear silver and was a reputable source with
independent lab assays.I was told the particle size was in nanometers and
could only be produced in the lab and therefore safer, more consistant
and more efficient. I was told by Stephen Quinto (the president of the
company) that homemade produces much larger particles, requiring much
more to be consumed with larger risk for agyria.I was informed that 16oz.
of homemade silver equals approximately 1 Tb.of Argentum 23 (ppm). I took
4 Tb/d which was the maximum suggested for 2 months. I had no
improvements in the chronic lyme which invaded my scalp muscle and has
affected my entire musculoskeletal and circulatory system. I know now I
need a multiple approach but am concerned how much homemade silver is
adequate for a chronic deep illness based on the info I was given. At the
conversion rate I was given it means taking 1 gallon/d to equal the
efficiency of the lab produced version. A medical doctor actually told me
if I was his patient he'd be giving me 10,000ppm of mild silver prtotein
at 16oz./d of Invive silver. He told me you need to have a high level
sustained in the blood to be effective and reach muscles and tendons. I
did not attempt that protocol. I was also informed about the Argentum IV
silver( the only one approved ) but can not afford it.Let me know your

This is an excerpt from a post made on a site dedicated to a cancer cure. It is
my understanding that EIS is effective for it. But before I shot my mouth

The list moderator has peripheral vision when it comes to recognizing that
there is anything of any value but the protocol that the site was set up for.
But before this fellows reign, there was flexibility in what could be
discussed. In fact, it was a member of that list, Mike Cinneli, that touted me
on to this list. Thank you, Mike, wherever you are.

A few days ago someone asked how they could extend the life of cottage cheese.
I told them about adding a little EIS. The moderator replied that he was sure
that it would interfere with their protocol. I'm not sure what gave me my
recovery from NHL after I had been given 2 years to live. This was 6 years ago
this coming June. But I went on Retuxan, flax oil/cottage cheese protocol, and
lots of EIS at the same time. Bob Smith

Re: CSCS comparisons [calling all Lymies]

2006-02-24 Thread Carol Ann
 Parasites

Parasites are finally being recognized as the main cause for many
undiagnosed diseases. There are more than 130 different kinds of parasites
that use the human body as their host. They range in size from microscopic to
single and multi-celled worms.
The symptoms that can occur through an infection with fungi or parasites are
frequently identical to those of a bacterial or viral infection. This gives
rise to false diagnoses time and again, resulting in ineffective treatments.
Parasites are one of the primary underlying causes for diseases and are the
most basic cause for a compromised immune system.

Experts now consider parasites as the missing diagnoses in the genesis of
many chronic health problems. They call it a silent epidemic, of which most
doctors are not aware. Yet, its recognition will finally solve the mystery of
many chronic diseases.

In 1976, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in America conducted the first
and so far only nationwide survey on the infestation of parasites in the
entire population. It is revealed that 1 in every 6 people was harboring 1 or
more types of parasites. In some cases the estimate goes as high as 8 out of
10 patients being infected. According to other estimations, half of all
Americans will become hosts to parasites at one point in their lives.

The increases in infestations are due to increased international travel,
immigration and the importation of foods including fruits and vegetables from
overseas and infected water. Grapefruit seed extract is an extremely effective
meat, fruit and vegetable wash. Today parasites are becoming more of a threat
than in the past due to the importation of more and more products from
overseas. See: Fruit, meat vegetable wash. Other factors are the growing
popularity of exotic restaurants that serve raw or undercooked dishes.

Parasites can gain entrance into the body in a wide variety of ways. Through
the foods we eat such as produce, undercooked meats and infected water. Even
the air we breathe can carry microscopic parasites and fungi. Pets are hosts
to numerous parasites. Dogs can transmit 65 and cats about 40 contagious
diseases to human beings.

Most invaders live in the digestive tract. Closely followed by the blood and
lymphatic systems. Those who live in the intestines frequently cause digestive
problems like flatulence; gas, constipation or diarrhea. They are capable of
producing a condition of malnutrition with the result of fatigue, apathy,
depression, lack of concentration, poor memory and much more. Furthermore
parasites can irritate, inflame and perforate the intestinal lining.
Perforation increases the permeability of the intestinal walls and large
undigested molecules can pass into the blood stream. This results in food
allergies. Thus allowing parasites to gain entrance into the blood stream.

Re: CSCS comparisons [calling all Lymies]

2006-02-24 Thread Carol Ann
Beyond the intestines, parasites can settle in the joints and muscles, form
cysts and create inflammations, the resulting pain is often attributed to
arthritis. Parasites can even travel into the brain. They can form granulomes
in the lungs, liver, uterus or other organs. Their toxic metabolic products
can attack the central nervous system. Restlessness, depression, anxiety,
hypertension and fatigue are often the results.

If parasites penetrate the skin they often cause rashes, eczema, swelling,
papular lesions, skin ulcers or itching dermatitis. Grapefruit seed extract
eliminates various types of microorganisms and parasites at the same time.

Parasites can apparently represent a co-factor in the development of AIDS.
Researchers at the University of Virginia School of Medicine were able to draw
a connection between an epidemic outbreak of amebiasis 2 years prior to the
AIDS outbreak in San Francisco. Amoebas produce a substance that ruptures the
immune defense cells that enclose and deactivate the HIV virus. Once
discharged into the bloodstream, the virus can reproduce unhindered and
develop their deadly potential.

The presence of any type of parasite (either single or multi cell) leads to
an enormous weakening of the immune system. Various parasites such as Giardia
lamblia (a water born parasite) reduce the secretion of immunoglobulin A and
thereby depress the smooth functioning of our immune system. At the same time,
the presence of parasites continuously activates the immune response. This
constant pulling on both ends over time exhaust our defense system, which is
so essential to life.

Infestation is difficult to diagnose. Random stool examinations used by most
doctors have proved to be insufficient and unreliable. On the basis of false
negative results, most doctors rule out parasites as the fundamental cause of
a disease. The symptoms of infestation do not always manifest themselves
immediately after infestation. In many cases, they only appear after days or
months have passed.

Grapefruit Seed Extract and Protozoan InfectionsLouis Parish, M.D.,
investigator for the department of health and human services, Public Health
Service, Food and Drug Administration, reported in his prospectus for the FDA
that grapefruit seed extract is ...as effective as any other preparation now
available, perhaps more effective ... it does not cause the side effects.
For intestinal problems, including dysentery he believes that grapefruit seed
extract, Gives more symptomatic relief than any other treatment.
Nearly 200 patients were treated for Entamoeba histolytica and giardia
lamblia by Dr. Parish and his associates over a two month period. Dr. Parish
went on to say it (grapefruit seed extract) gives symptomatic relief more
than any other product. It would be hard to overstate the value of grapefruit
seed extract to my medical practice. It has no inherent toxicity.
Grapefruit seed extract is a multipurpose (broad spectrum) compound that is
currently being used in humans and animals alike to safely fight many types of
internal and external infections caused from parasites (single and
multi-celled), viruses, bacteria and fungi.
Grapefruit seed extracts biggest benefit is due to it's multipurpose (broad
spectrum) effect. It is effective even if the causes of the infections are
known, unknown or misdiagnosed. By eliminating a wide range of dangerous
pathogens grapefruit seed extract actually enhances the immune system!
Grapefruit seed extract is effective at very low concentrations. During
1989-90, an international research team (reported in the Journal of
Orthomolecular Medicine, Volume 5, No. 3, USA, 1990) examined the effects of
GSE and compared this with 30 effective antibiotics and 18 proven fungicides.
GSE was found to perform as well as any and all of the tested agents.

   Grapefruit Seed Extract

Parasites: For internal uses mix (?) drops in 1- cup water or juice 2-3
times daily. If you have a sensitive stomach take after meals. Until stomach
adjusts to the extract and then you can take it independent of meals.
