This may be a bit of a long stretch, but from my own experience if I
drink coffee, it affects the connective tissue around the joints
especially lower back and hips and some on the other joints as well. It
is very painful. I had to stop *ALL* coffee for about 3 weeks before
clearing this out.
Can you describe how you make the tincture, what plant and plant parts?
