I have been dringing more water, and takeing
several things trying to get to the cause. I seem to have
symptons of GOUT. I have been eating a lot of Strawberrys, staying off red meat and
drinking juices. Breads and gluten . Uric acid may be high in my system, so
I will have to get some of that all
