Hi I laid on my biomat for one hr three times a day tummy down while holding CS in mouth and reading to pass time. Three days no trouble anymore. I raised my local core temp above my inflammatory levels and that fever broke the infection. I had the biomat at 131 degrees. Only used the mini mat.

It's interesting you mentioned about how most UTI could stem from E Coli. I was, to my shock, a few years ago, diagnosed with E Coli -- yuck. Took supplements to clear that up (but it wasn't D-Mannose)... It's scary of how these sneaky bacteria creep up into our bodies. Yikes... I've find that
