Hi Lin, I have actually gone to an EFT seminar and have all the manuals
etc., I tried it for quite a few things and it seemed to work. But
after a while, my logical mind took over and I thought 'this can't
really work' and lo and behold - it didn't! This is why I still think
it is all to do
As I understand it, there is only so much you can do yourself from a video or
book or free workshop. That way you only get to know the HOW, but the WHEN is
what you are really paying for when you undertake a course of instruction, and
the experience and expertise when you go to a practitioner.
The whole point of EFT is to really *believe* that what you are
saying/doing will work. The brain/subconscious sytem will do the rest. dee

My son had been on antidepressants for a long time, in hospital, all sorts.
His general practitioner got him to see one of the other doctors in the
