Jenny... did you or do you take a break from the ART a few days each week? The effectiveness of ART is diminished to about 30 % after 3 - 5 days. So it is recommended that one should take ART for 4 - 5 days then take a break for 2 - 3 days. Also take it with a little fat at the same timeA
