Hi,
Also when I view this timeline: http://simile.mit.edu/timeline/ the
labels are inside the bands. eg. Oswald interrogation.
But with the 2.2 release the labels are under the bands. What should I
do to put them inside?

The below code used to change the ranges on the timeline to different

Also, I was using the Detailed layout, which had connecting lines before
to each event, those are now gone?
I believe the line to initiate

Hi,
We downloaded the zipped source version (Nov 13) and svn revision
1688, but neither seems to have the features of text on the timeline
itself, variable thickness of timelines, etc. Is there a way to get
that version?
Thank you,

I showed the Timeline examples to many colleagues, and the most common
complaint I got was that there seem to be so many clicks for a
complicated case, and the users wondered if it would be possible to
have a mouse-over function to view the text without constantly

Hi-
This seems like something that should be simple, but I'm a bit lost as

This can be done via css.

Hi Katie,
It can be done, but is rather complicated. In addition, it is not clear that
the best UI is to have the ballons popping up all the time.
Below is a message that describes one way of doing it. You'll need to change
the source.
In the message, the author talks about changing the
Dear all,
I use the timeline-2.0 locally on my pc. I cannot get my timeline
being completely rendered at the bottom. I followed the vertical-
scrollbar example and done all the suggested patches to my local
code, but it has no effects. The vertical lines and the time markers
are not rendered when
Hi Marco,
Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your specific question. The
vertical scroll documentation was done by someone for ver 1. Things
have changed since then. I think you're scrolling the wrong div,
that's why you're not seeing everything.
I suggest that you consider a different
Hi Michael,

David,
Are you going to add Obama soon? The map has to be zoomed-out to
include Hawaii... ;-)
