I need SIP OPTIONS Message to test P-CSCF status and capabilities; and to
estimate RTT time between client and IMS Core (PCSCF); to adjust SIP
Timers;

SIP OPTIONS is used from UA to UA. Why a UA should know some information about
the ICSCF ?
