read on-screen or to print several pages as one. Thanks a lot for it !
Is there a way to tell Skim, when cropping in the "crop all pages to a
common size automatically", to ignore the first page of the PDF file ?

Apple Remote Control doesn't seem to work anymore with Skim 1.3.3 in
Presentation mode (View > Presentation). There's nothing wrong with the remote
control: it still works fine with iTunes or Front Row. Anybody knows how I can
fix this?
