Try selecting each individual account's junk folder and see if you can empty
it? Or rebuild each junk mailbox?

No the folder is not empty, that's the thing Sam.I can only delete from my MBP.
On the iMac I can read them or highlight the entire range of emails then click
on the delete button. On the iMac the button is always greyed out. It's not a

On my Mac Book Pro I can erase deleted items and Junk mail with no problem.
However on my iMac the "erase Junk mail" button is always greyed out. Can
anyone help me resolve this?
