The old "free" website went bye-bye.
I have been pretty busy building winch parts. I don't have the
time/inclination to fool around with websites, but my close & personal
friend, ELVIS is now maintaing my website.
He and I will be updating it as soon as I get all the new pix to him.

Fred,
There is only one class in Seeded MOM, everybody together, no outs or sub
classes flying seperately together and then scores compared. It is no
wonder you ended up in the lurch. It is a bit intimidating to the guy
coming up, but you have to get off the porch to run with the big dog

Daryl,
In the many years that we have been flying seeded MOM in the OH and IN
area, I have never seen a second group or lower pilot win as long as
frequency control was absolute, one man a freq or no conflicts up top. Ya,
in the club contest situation, two guys end up on 49 and they are

Daryl sure nailed this issue on the head and it happens in Thermal Duration as well as
slope. TPG tried a format very similar to the "seeded Man on Man" at the Toys for
Tots contests a few weeks ago. The only variation was that we flew only against
competitors in our own respective classes (
That is not to hard Tom, the day of you mail it. I expressed mine the year I
went, and I was in. Nothing too tough there, and remember, I would imagine
that CVRC wants to get that part over pretty quick. I would say they have a
good system in place

Don't let the postmark statement fool or scare you. The only restriction is
that you cannot send it too soon. The entry window remains open until all
the slots are filled. All I had to do the past two years is print the
application form, fill in the blanks and drop it in the mail after the
YOUR TX is LOCKED you have to put in your code.

I know that seeded man on man is very popular in some places. First let me say, that I
prefer man on man, but I don't believe in
"seeding" so the top pilots fly against the top pilots all day, mediocre pilots only
fly against themselves all day, etcI've
seen it happen too often in slope raci
