For those of you who purchased the laser cut BoT ribs, I was informed of a
problem with the 1/16" cut sheet. It appears I only have one "B" rib and an
extra "D" rib. I can have another "B" rib cut and sent to each of you, or
you can cut the extra "D" rib to make the second "B" rib. I'll do what
We have done it...Christine and I have settled down and bought a new

Bozo is with shop once again.
And you know, I get the plane I deserve.

What I really want are expressions of interest in this ship as a

really will not be instrumental in my making a decision to do plans, etc.

This is just a reminder that we will be holding an F3F race this Saturday

Saturday with winds expected to be NW 15-20 knots. I decided to push the

Well since it's only a 2M, how about the Whipper Snapper?
This way you can still call it a Whip.

Tom Nagel!! We need legal help!
I (an engineer with no legal training) am thinking that technically
speaking, using the name of an existing plane for another plane is always
an infringement, technically speaking. Even if no money is made by the kit.
Am I right Tom??

What's in a name?? Harley actually calls it the 'Whip l" I personally know
of three different Sagitta models, four Vector models, and I bet the list
goes on. I wonder what would happen if he named the model after himself?
The 'Harley'. Now that would raise a few eyebrows.

I'm told DP had a slope ship called the "Whip". I've asked him if using this
name would be an infringement.

Hi All,
Since I saw Harley post a little while ago, I thought
I'd tell you all about a project I am working on too.
It will be called the lil' Genie. It all started
awhile back while looking at Harley's Jouster 2 meter
plans. I liked the lines and wanted a unique 2 meter
plane to play with. I deci

Thought this myself but hey, this is Harley. I'm betting that Daryl
wouldn't raise a fuss over it.
