I just take the .pdf on a CD to FedEx Kinko's and have it printed full size on their paper. Lay it out on the foam, follow the edges carefully while cutting the first time and it can't get much cheaper than that. If you do not mind the antenna exiting the fuselage just behind the wing and dangling, or being suspended to the vertical fin, all the more power to you. I would suggest a small grommet be inserted into the hole you drill for the antenna to prevent chaffing. Better yet, prove it to yourself by

Does this mean that with a carbon/kevlar weave fuselage, the safest thing to do is exit the fuse as soon as possible and either let the antenna dangle below in the breeze; or tape it to the top of the vertical fin(s)? So as to elimate any shielding/shadowing effect? -- GoFaster ---
