When I attended the F3J Team trials last year they scanned 50 and 53 mhz. I have never been shot down on the Ham bands. There are a few repeaters in the Ohio area around the 53.800 range. Check the ARRL repeater directory if your not sure.

At our F3J contest today My friend Michael and I tangled in a midair resulting in his sailplane having some damage to the tip of his Eraser.

I was out flying today and it was a great day to be out in the sun. Well, Im on my way home and a Deer jumps out in front of the Truck I slam on the brakes to avoid the crash. Which I did but, But, BUT. The winch battery slid forward crushing the box my V-tail was in. Im not sure If I can

I have one of the old and new JR 610ms There problem with the old one was the length of the antenna. It was shortened for micro flying and degraded the range. The length of the new antennas are 36 inches. This I believe is all that was done to fix the problem.
They are not duel conversion. But
Ok heres my problem or maybe 2. I have an Xtreme that has a flap problem. Im using an 8103 with Sherman Knights instructions. The Orlando Buzzard instructions and still im having problems getting the flaps to come down at the same time. Im using Multiplex servos. Im only able to get about 70-75

I fly on both. When I lived in Ohio you had to watch for 6 meter
repeaters in the area. They were in the 53.6 -53.8 range. So I simply
stayed as low as I could 53.1. On the 50mhz side I have had no problem with
any of the freqs. I think all the major radios only offer 50
I just thought I would share how a meeting in Maine is conducted. Look here

Well we flew here in Maine on Saturday. 25 30 mph winds on a slope
with sand blowing all over. Sunday snow, AGAIN will it ever end. Monday
winter storm warning in effect. Isnt SPRING great?

I was hit by a Car in Tulsa while riding home from the airport. Your gonna

I've lost my programming Manuel for my 347. I am pulling my hair out
trying to figure out how to program the V-Tail on my hand launch.
I have the V activated but cant get the elevators to work or get more
down than up for the V's.
I need help with this so I can fly this
