I am running Eneloop packs in my Radical F3B models. They came with the
models from Martin Weberschock. My packs have solder tabs, which is
interesting. Perhaps it is a European market vs. US market thing?
At any rate, the battery performs well and I have had no complaints. I
charge them with my

I used my standard 40 watt iron with the barrel head. Do it quickly and
cool with a damp rag.

I charge mine with a Sirius charger (Quad Charger @ 1 amp).
They only come in a consumer type cell with button top.

I just picked up some of the Sanyo Eneloop cells. My local costco had

and a 4 battery charger for $25. They also had 6 AA and 2 AAA cells (no
charger) for $19. The cheapest I found the cells on line was at Thomas
I found the older MQN05-4 charger w/4 AA cells on clearance for $11.00.
I bought several to give to family members for digital camera use.
The web site shows a newer model MQN06 charger.
