Other neat uses for the modified_livecd-iso-to-disk script: 1-) Make second live USB from iso downloaded with wget to root of your USB/SD: (I used Bernie's Blueberry-Direct ext3 non-live real file system, expanded with gparted to fit a 8GB SD)

Peter; jabber.sugarlabs.org is back up now (daveb on #sugar reset database) so I could finally test soas builds. tested a usb with soas-i386-20100405 (one of last that worked) It does not connect to it. I just stopped blueberry-direct which was connected to it so I know it is available...

Peter; bernie (Bernie Innocenti) #olpc-paraguay, #sugar; made a Blueberry version in ext3 format (non-live) real file system. It works well and is very stable. (It has the advantage of being able to be resized to fit the USB in gparted as it is ext3 based.

Hi All... I have decided that I really should invest in an inexpensive windows laptop or netbook to use in my volunteer work with Sugar Labs and OLPC. I have been looking online and visited one electronics store yesterday (Fry's). Here are my thoughts... I would prefer an ultralight
