I am not 100% sure, and I don't see this problem related to net5501
specifically.
However I saw an huge lot of "shared IRQ problems" with multiple-NIC cards,
happening with recent Linux kernels.
In my scenario, this is related to the kernel conf.
It should go away by enabling:
