No, not at all. He is in a completely separate division (Dev) from product
support. Product Support reports up into the Sales and Services org.

I'm on boards with several others. This might be the tipping point for me.
Stephen Manny were, without a doubt, the main reason I continued to pay
my subscription each year.
I've been evaluating options over the past couple of years, and while I
don't think there's anything nearly as good as
