I saw this recently; SELinux was preventing the application being run under
Tomcat from connecting to the PostgreSQL database. Youll need the following:
setsebool -P tomcat_can_network_connect_db 1
spacewalk-service restart
You'll find the offending entries inside /var/log/audit/audit.log.

Ok I fixed the below issue.
The Nagios core using the port 80 on the same sever , just changed the Nagios
core to another port now I am able to load the spacewalk web page

It looks the spacewalk service is up but when I try to access the web interface

asking for user name and password , it should load the login page from space
