The package is simply not present in the spacewalk repos. This is not a
client side configuration issue.

So I see what's going on. To clear the confusion, there's the spacewalk
repo (server):

and the spacewalk client repo (clients):

Ran into the same problem this morning trying to register a node. Restarted
spacewalk services and was able able to register new nodes again.
