This doesn't appear to be a SpamBayes problem because the setup.py for
SpamBayes does not reference ez_setup. I'm not familiar with
python-MySQL, but maybe they have their own mailing list that could
help you out.

I expect that this is unique to the toolbar because of the special behavior

errors are recorded, which will help those
that continually get the same error (people that try to
connect when the server is unavailable, for example).
Tony's fix makes it so that each distinct connection error is only logged
once per hour.
