I would like to view the OMSSA results with pepXMLViewer as there some
compatibility issues with the latest version of OMSSA and OMSSA Browser.
I have taken standard mgf file and run OMSSA search against it and produced
xml formatted output.
Then I have used omssa2pepXML (part of the
OS: Vista x32
MassLynx :4.1
TPP: 4.3.1
massWolf: 4.3.1
I failed to use masswolf -v to convert raw to mzXML.
This command works:
massWolf --mzXML C:\Data\test.raw
but not this:
massWolf -v --mzXML C:\Data\test.raw
Is there something wrong with -v option?

We have problems seeing files in Petunia (Windows) under working data
directory of TPP installed on LInux.
We get this message Attempted to access forbidden directory.
The file permitions are rw for all files/directories.
Could anybody suggest a fix?

I am using TPP to analyze my Mascot search result which is a .DAT
file, but when I want to convert the .DAT file to pepXML, TPP need
mzXML file to read scanning number or something else which I do not
remember clearly. Because I merged several .mgf files to one .mgf to
perform the
