I have a question about how ProteinProphet makes calls within a group
if there are both proteins having non-degenerate peptides (Class 1
proteins) and those categorized as indistinguishable and not subsumed
(Class 2 proteins).
For these examples, let's assume all peptides have initial
SPCTools,
I'm trying to convert the .wiff files from Analyst version 1.3 into
msXML files, but I am having some issues. I know that Sciex's analyst
software has issues with version compatibility, but I was wondering if
there was an old version of mzWiff or another tool around that could
do this
