How much RAM does your computer have? 158K spectra is a lot of spectra to load at once, especially using the k-score pluggable scoring option compared to native Tandem, so there's a chance that the program ran out of memory if you don't have lots of it on your machine. Monitor task manager while

I used compare proteins tool to compare my prot.xml files. The command was successfull and I obtained the compare.xls.d3.html file containing the heatmap. Problem : the html is 80 Mb and nothing seems to be sturdy enough to open it, all browsers, 32 bits or 64 bits (and I really mean all) crash

Hello, I generated a heatmap from my prot.xml files with the compare protein tool. I cannot open the file with any browser (32 or 64 bits) as it is 80 Mb and all seem to crash before opening. I have enough RAM, 32 Gb, and all programs crash way before reaching the limit. I can see the html code
