It appears that you are trying to view the results on a Windows machine but the data was processed on Linux with absolute paths to the mzML data files. Unless the files are properly referenced at their correct locations on your computer, this will not work. You might consider running the TPP

Hello, It seems that Lorikeet is unable to find the mzML file to extract and display the spectrum. Did you move the files after you conducted the analysis? If you look at the bottom of your screenshot, you can see that the file must be located under "/proteomics/jpanga/." Can you confirm
