Hi, i don't know if anyone had seen my e-mail, so i'm sending it again.
I have pppoe and not pppoa3.
My version of pppoe and pppd are:
Roaring Penguin PPPoE Version 3.5
pppd version 2.4.2
When i run pppoa3 -vpi 0 -vci 35 -b it returns in /var/log/syslog

I've tried to connect to the internet in Windows just after that happened and it
worked perfectly.
Do you know what it's happening or does anybody knows?

other end of line modem not responding, not troubles of your modem...
Did you try with Windows just a few minutes after or before ?

You are mixing PPPoE and PPPoA mode. Which one should you be using?
