I don't think that's what the 4096 cluster is for. :-) Someone who is
anonymous (I'm willing to bet he's a radio amateur) set these little
low-power transmitters up probably as a propagation study. They send

I recall hearing about the beacon between the palm trees, eight to ten years
ago I think...
