Wow.
Consider for a second that the HAARP antenna array is completely unsuited
for the VHF frequencies you posted. Perhaps it's presumptuous of me to
expect that members of this list understand the difference

I do not follow HAARP as a habit but I enjoy learning from others about things
they know more about than I do. So a separate HAARP data base to me would be
my lose. As far as vhf and hf go I don't think it is

Those are not HAARP frequencies. Someone asked for frequencies used by
black helicopters and Kurt (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) put up a list of
frequencies used by black helicopters.

I can't think of one. Naturally, Area 51 and the Greenbriar come to mind.
Neither of those were ever secret. And as for Area 51, there's something
like 17 or 19 Area 51's in Nevada. I can dig out my old map

Also, it's unlikely that HAARP will just be running constantly... they have
to run off a generator up there. The process for going live involves
trucking in diesel fuel!
Imagine trying to run that thing off

You forgot the most common black helicopter frequencies:

Aren't most covert transmissions trunked and encrypted now, making it nearly
impossible to monitor (black helis, secret service, covert military etc)?
