Wow. Consider for a second that the HAARP antenna array is completely unsuited for the VHF frequencies you posted. Perhaps it's presumptuous of me to expect that members of this list understand the difference between HF and VHF frequencies. Any VHF frequencies used by HAARP are almost certainly used for mundane purposes like local security or facilities maintenance. If your friend has logged such transmissions, undoubtedly he's recorded them, right? I would expect them to be something along the lines of, "...dang it Carl, where the heck did you leave the hammer?" I eagarly await your links to sound files of Carl and the dramatic saga of his hammer.
